Appendix: Body Designations

Below is a listing of the Body Designations that were assigned
by GM, and the body styles that they were associated with. It does not get so
specific as to break down specific models like Supreme vs. Supreme Brougham, but
it is pretty darn detailed, and is very correct. Also, any time you see
"Present" it is referring to "as of 1999," which is where my knowledge and
information cuts off.

78-80 downsized, boxy style

82-88 (replaced in mid-year 88 with W-body Cutlass Supreme)
